ISLAMABAD: Tehrik-i-Minhajul Quran (TMQ) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri submitted on Thursday a petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan seeking reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in accordance with the Constitution, DawnNews reported.
